How are prize bond draws conducted?
By a committee appointed by the Central Directorate of National Savings, using a Hand Operated Drawing Machine (HODM). The numbers are drawn by special children in front of the public. Anyone may inspect the machine beforehand and attend the draw by showing an original CNIC.
