PrizeBond.info ("PrizeBond.info", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PrizeBond.info website, the PrizeBond.info web application, and mobile applications published by us (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, when it may be shared, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
PrizeBond.info is an independent prize bond information and checking service based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We provide prize bond draw information, schedules, number-checking tools, wallet features, alerts, forms and educational information.
PrizeBond.info is not a government website. We are not National Savings, the State Bank of Pakistan, the Government of Pakistan, or an agency, partner or representative of any of those organisations. Official financial claims should always be verified through the relevant official authority.

2. Services covered by this policy
This policy applies to:
- the PrizeBond.info public website;
- the PrizeBond.info web application and My Wallet;
- our Android or other mobile applications;
- prize bond search, checking and alert features;
- contact, support and notification services; and
- advertising, analytics and security technologies used with those services.
3. Information you provide to us
3.1 Account information
If you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, mobile number, login credentials and account preferences. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
3.2 Saved prize bond information
If you use My Wallet, we store the prize bond numbers you choose to save, their denominations and any labels or notes you add. We use this information to provide wallet, checking and result-alert features.
We do not use saved or searched prize bond numbers to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your bond numbers to advertisers.
3.3 Searches
When you use our bond checking tools, we may process the denomination, draw, bond number or number range submitted for the purpose of performing the requested search. We may also keep limited technical statistics such as how many numbers were searched, which denomination was selected and whether the search completed successfully.
Where possible, search analytics are kept separate from information that directly identifies you.
3.4 Messages and support
If you contact us through a form, email, WhatsApp or another support channel, we may receive your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message, together with any files you voluntarily send.
3.5 Payments and package information
If you purchase a paid feature or package, we may retain transaction references, payment status, subscription details and reasonable evidence required to verify the payment.
If a payment screenshot is requested, please avoid sending unnecessary personal or financial information. Where possible, hide or redact information that is not required for payment verification.
If payments are processed through an app store or another third-party payment platform, that provider may process your payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not need your full debit or credit card number merely to operate your PrizeBond.info account.
4. Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, our servers and technology providers may automatically process certain technical information, including:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system and app version;
- pages, screens or features viewed;
- date and time of requests;
- referring pages or websites;
- app or website interactions;
- crash, performance and diagnostic information;
- cookie or similar identifiers;
- device or advertising identifiers where permitted; and
- approximate/general location that may be inferred from an IP address.
We do not request precise GPS location merely for checking prize bond results. If a future feature requires additional device permissions, the app will request the relevant permission before using that feature.
5. Mobile app permissions and device features
5.1 Notifications
Our mobile application may request permission to send notifications. If you allow notifications, we may use them to send service messages, saved-bond result alerts and other notifications you have requested.
You can disable notification permission at any time through your device settings.
5.2 Advertising identifiers
Where advertising is enabled in our mobile application, advertising providers such as Google AdMob may process an advertising identifier or other device identifiers, together with information such as IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information, for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
Your operating system may provide controls to reset, delete or restrict use of an advertising identifier.
5.3 Optional device permissions
If a feature such as bond scanning, file upload or image capture requires access to your camera, photos or files, access should only be requested when you choose to use that feature. Permission can be withdrawn through your device settings.
6. Information we do not require
For ordinary website searches and wallet use, we do not require your:
- CNIC number;
- passport or other government identity number;
- bank account password;
- ATM PIN;
- online banking password;
- full debit or credit card number; or
- one-time banking security code.
Please do not send such information through our contact form, email or WhatsApp unless an official process specifically requires information and you are dealing directly with the appropriate official institution rather than PrizeBond.info.
7. How we use information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- to create, authenticate and secure user accounts;
- to provide My Wallet and saved-bond features;
- to perform prize bond searches requested by users;
- to compare saved bonds with newly published draw results;
- to send email, WhatsApp, push or in-app alerts requested by users;
- to maintain subscription or package status;
- to respond to enquiries and provide support;
- to understand how our website and app are used;
- to diagnose technical errors and improve performance;
- to protect accounts and prevent spam, automated abuse and fraud;
- to display and measure advertising where advertising is enabled;
- to maintain records required for accounting, security or legal purposes; and
- to comply with laws and valid legal requests that apply to us.
8. Legal grounds for processing
Where applicable privacy law requires us to identify a legal basis, our processing may rely on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract — for example, providing an account, wallet, subscription or alerts you requested.
- Consent — for example, certain marketing communications, advertising technologies or non-essential cookies where consent is legally required.
- Legitimate interests — such as security, fraud prevention, service improvement and protecting our systems and users.
- Legal obligations — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing through the available privacy settings or by contacting us.
9. Service providers and information sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may provide limited information to service providers that perform services on our behalf or integrate with our website or application.
Depending on the features currently enabled, these may include:
- Email providers — such as Twilio SendGrid, for verification, account and result-alert emails.
- WhatsApp services — Meta Platforms and our WhatsApp Business solution provider, where you have requested or consented to WhatsApp communication.
- Google Analytics — for website or application analytics, where enabled.
- Google AdSense — for advertising on the public website, where advertising is enabled.
- Google AdMob — for advertising inside our mobile applications, where advertising is enabled.
- Google reCAPTCHA — for protection against automated abuse, where enabled.
- Hosting, database and infrastructure providers — to host, secure and operate the Service.
- App stores and payment providers — where an app, subscription or payment is distributed or processed through them.
Providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We aim to share only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.
We may also disclose information if reasonably required by applicable law, a court order, a lawful government request, an investigation of abuse or fraud, or to protect the rights, security and safety of PrizeBond.info, our users or others.
10. Google advertising, AdSense and AdMob
Where Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, mobile advertising identifiers or similar technologies to deliver, limit, secure and measure advertisements.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's visits to this website or other websites, subject to applicable law, the user's consent choices and Google's advertising settings.
Google's advertising services may process information such as IP address, general location inferred from IP, browser or device information, advertising identifiers, interactions with the Service and interactions with ads.

11. Cookies, local storage and consent
Our website may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies in the following categories:
- Necessary technologies — for login sessions, account security, form protection and essential functionality.
- Preference technologies — to remember selected settings where applicable.
- Analytics technologies — to understand traffic and improve the Service.
- Advertising technologies — for advertising delivery, measurement, frequency control and, where permitted, personalisation.
Where applicable law requires consent, non-essential advertising or analytics technologies are subject to the consent choices presented to the user. Users can also use browser and device settings to block or remove certain technologies, although disabling necessary technologies may prevent some Service functions from working.
Users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Where required, users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are presented with advertising and privacy choices before certain advertising or personalisation technologies are used.
Depending on the user's choice and the advertising technology available, personalised, non-personalised or limited advertising may be served. Users may be able to review or change their consent choices through the privacy controls provided on the website or in the mobile application.
12. International processing
PrizeBond.info is operated from Pakistan, while some technology providers we use may process information in other countries. As a result, information may be transferred to or processed in a country different from the country in which you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we and our service providers are responsible for using appropriate transfer mechanisms or other lawful safeguards.
13. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, accounting and legal requirements.
- Account and wallet data — while your account remains active, unless you request deletion.
- Saved prize bond numbers — until you delete them or delete your account.
- Verification codes — normally expire within a short period and are not retained as active codes after expiry.
- Support messages — for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry, maintain service records or handle disputes.
- Server and security logs — normally for up to 12 months, unless longer retention is needed to investigate security incidents or comply with law.
- Payment and accounting records — where required, for up to 6 years or another period required by applicable accounting or tax rules.
- Advertising and analytics information — according to the retention settings and policies of the relevant provider.
Information may remain for a limited additional period in secure backups until those backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
14. Account and data deletion
You can delete your PrizeBond.info account without contacting support. In the mobile or web application, open your Profile or Account Settings and choose Delete Account.
You may also request account deletion from our public Account Deletion page. This option is intended to remain available even if you no longer have the mobile application installed.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify information such as:
- your active user profile;
- saved prize bond numbers;
- wallet labels and preferences;
- notification preferences; and
- other account data that is no longer required.
Deleting an account is not the same as temporarily disabling or signing out of an account.
Certain records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for legitimate security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting or legal obligations. For example, required transaction or accounting records may be retained for the period described in Section 13.
Where technically applicable, residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until the relevant backup is overwritten.
15. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to:
- access personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your account and eligible personal information;
- obtain a copy of certain information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- unsubscribe from optional marketing communications;
- turn off email, WhatsApp or push alerts;
- object to or opt out of certain targeted or personalised advertising where applicable; and
- make a complaint to an appropriate privacy regulator where applicable law provides that right.
You can change many account details directly from your profile. For other privacy requests, contact contact@PrizeBond.INFO. We may need to verify that a person requesting account information or deletion is the account holder before completing certain requests.
United States privacy choices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, which can include rights of access, correction, deletion and opting out of certain uses of data for targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information.
PrizeBond.info does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Where advertising technologies are treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising" or a similar concept under applicable law, relevant privacy or advertising controls may be provided.
16. Communications and alerts
Transactional messages such as login verification, security notices or important account communications may be sent where necessary to operate your account.
Optional prize-result, promotional, email, WhatsApp or push notifications can be turned off through available account settings, device settings or unsubscribe controls.
Stopping an optional alert does not necessarily stop essential security or account messages.
17. Children
The Service is not designed or directed primarily at young children. We do not knowingly create advertising profiles from information belonging to children or knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact contact@PrizeBond.INFO so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
18. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
These measures may include HTTPS encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, restricted administration access, logging and monitoring, and protection of service credentials and integration keys.
No website, mobile application, database or transmission method is completely secure. You should use a strong password, protect access to your email and mobile device, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
19. Accuracy of prize bond information
We work to reproduce prize bond draw information accurately, but PrizeBond.info is an independent information service and is not the final authority for payment of a prize.
Before submitting a financial claim, verify the complete winning number, denomination, draw details and claim requirements against the applicable official National Savings or State Bank records.
The information and calculators provided by the Service are intended for informational and convenience purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of payment, tax treatment or eligibility for a prize.
20. Third-party websites and services
The Service may contain links to government websites, Google services, social networks, payment services or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties and are not governed by this policy.
21. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, mobile application, technology providers or legal obligations change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects how we use account information, we may also provide an additional notice through the website, application or registered contact details.
